Lesson 6: Meat lover’s section
Chicken And Artichoke Roll
For meat rolls I like to use Soy paper instead of Nori sheet,
as its flavor compliments meat better than Nori dried
kelp sheet.
Make up some chicken salad using ¼ inch cubed chicken
breast and mayonnaise. Mix in some drained canned artichoke
hearts chopped in ¼ inch pieces, add some finely chopped red bell
pepper. Lay chicken artichoke filling across
the rice sheet. Lay a green onion on top of the filling and
roll it up using Sushi Magic Roller.
